At EbanAlert.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer a 7-day return policy1 to make sure you have enough time to experience the product and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by following the guidelines provided:
EbanAlert.com will accept returns of undamaged or defective products. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 7 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
If purchased through an authorized reseller, your EbanAlert device is subject to the reseller's return policy.
If you are not thrilled for any reason, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund for any unused subscription value if cancelled within 7-days of starting the subscription (unused subscription value is pro-rated based on time remaining on the subscription term). Your subscription will be refunded, if there has been no incurred expense and you have not utilized any of the provided services associated with the plan. If you selected a monthly plan with 12-month commitment, you will be released from the commitment. After this 7-day period, the payment for any subscription plan is nonrefundable. Click on Cancellation Request to initiate your refund process.
To exchange an order, please return your original item(s) using our prepaid return label and place a new order online. You may contact us via email at exchange@ebanalert.com with both your original and new order numbers and we’ll waive the return shipping fee.
Items purchased at EbanAlert.com may be returned to one of our resellers/response partner offices or stores within 7 days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Note that the package may not include a paper invoice. Confirmation email will serve as a receipt and must be shown in store to process a return. Purchases made through third party agents cannot be processed in our reseller/response partner offices or stores and must be shipped back to the delivery address provided to receive a refund.

For generating a prepaid return label, please visit http://returns.ebanalert.com. Simply print and affix the prepaid return label to the package and take it to the nearest DHL office or drop off location. Please note that when returning an item using our prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the order refund for return postage.
Refunds for items returned within 7 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you mail your return for processing.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please visit global.ebanalert.com/returns with your order number, and email to generate a return label. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner DPO in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds on international orders excludes duties, taxes, and tariffs, and do not include original shipping or return shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the product.
